software advice required
Hi guys,i use a canon xl1 camcorder,trying to transfer dv tape to dvd is proving a problem, i am using Windows xp which will not transfer images.I have been advised i need Windows 7 p.c. is there any software i could use with Windows xp without upgrading to Windows 7.pc. regards, Kelvin.D.

i don't know if you find something in here: http://www.liberkey.com/en.html but this software needs no installation and you can test it with out spoiling your system. cheers Niggi |

Hi Kelvin. Don't know if this will help, i copied some video tapes from a canon camcorder for an uncle who had piles of them.The fastest and easiest way to do this is ,get a dvd recorder for your tv and plug in the canon camcorder using phono plugs and copy them to dvd... Hope this helps. charlie
