East coat british birders
Hi all ,
With 3 two-barred crossbills found in the british isles already , there are surely more to be found , although a very scarce vagrant thousands of these beautiful birds are now leaving scandinavia . This post was simply to urge any east coast birder who lives near an area of coastal coniferous trees , to get out and find there own two-barred xbill . i know it sounds easier than it is , but im extremely confident that there are several more to be found this august . thanks and happy crossbill finding :) |
