Vortex 8x42
Hi!
I just bought a Vortex 8x42 from the 1st generation, no HD. I notice allot of vignetting in close focus..when focusing more distant objects I don't notice so much or at all. Does anyone notice the same? Best regards |

I didnt notice that at all with mine.
I did get my first ever blast of MASSIVE CA with it, viewing a snowy horizontal hill. Tough condition I guess, but BAM... someone painted the top of the hill purple. otherwise I really liked the non-HD 8x42. (sold to fund a string of optical purchases!) |
