hello from Portugal and doubts about posting

Greetings to all:

I take this opportunity to congratulate all members of the forum, and say "hello" from Portugal.
Taking the same opportunity, i ask guidance for which forum is the most appropriate to post about bullfinch birds("Pyrrhula pyrrhula").
Waiting for your advice, I say farewell.
Greetings.
