Broken Panasonic FS16 (from Opticron Digiscoping kit)
Hi all,
The shutter release/zoom twisty thing has broken off from my Panasonic FS16 and one of the little spike has snapped off. Does anyone know how easy this will be to fix and/or where I should send it? I bought it with the rest of the kit through Opticron. Do they repair the cameras as well as sell them? Thanks, Andy M. |

Hi Andy
Please call Sarah or Stuart in our service department for advice. The camera will need to go back to Panasonic to determine if the failures are covered by warranty or not and we should be able to arrange that for you. We do not do repairs here in Luton. Contact number is 01582 726 522. Cheers, Pete
