Vireo SE Vermont

I found this bird today in a lightly wooded area next to the CT river. I am wondering, is it a warbling vireo or a Philadelphia vireo?

Tennessee Warbler has a thinner, more sharply pointed bill.

Warbling vireo looks good. I find these tough to distinguish.

It would also be very early for a philly and the belly/chest would need to be a nice yellow.
Nice picture.
