I 'm stuck on i.d.ing this little brown job, I only got 2 quick shot before it flew away. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I think a Lesser Redpoll - not totally sure, but it looks as though you can see the head pattern on the first picture.

I saw another later on (see my other post) and it does seem to have a red patch on the forehead
