1 - Horrible picture, not sure what it is.. a sparrow?/
2-3 are the same bird.. possibly vesper sparrow?
4 - house sparrow female??

1 male Brown-headed Cowbird?? (or male Lark Bunting?)

4 female House Sparrow.

It does seem a bit like a Lark Bunting yet there seems to be no white whatsoever.

I'd have to go with Brewer's Blackbird or Cowbird.

It would help for me to properly identify the wing surface.

So, obviously not Lark Bunting.
