white outer tail feathers already would have excluded any galerida...

so it's a "crested" skylark, hihi.

Out of the two suggestions so far I would go for Wallcreeper but if it's neither, I seem to be imagining a hawkish eye (may just be dark depths between some feathers on the neck)
