Talking "Ugly Bug" for ID - Saskatchewan, Canada

Greetings,

I found this particular insect in the same place for many days. I called it my Ugly Bug. ;>

Can someone please put a name to this face that only a mother could love????? Thanks, Andrea

It's a sawfly (a relative of bees & wasps) in the family Cimbicidae.
