Bird call ID, Uk

Can anyone identify this bird call, I heard it for the first time today in some woods in Telford. I coudn't see the bird but decided to put my 7d into video mode to record the sound.

Just listened to some bullfinch songs and calls, nothing like that.

I also think it is a Bullfinch.

Thank you Smiths that does sound similar so it could have been bullfinch. The call is so diferent to what I am use to hearing from bullfinch.
