Yellow-rumped Tanager is also called Lemon-rumped, this should be an image of a female: http://www.birdforum.net/gallery/sho...p?photo=350268
I am more guessing Highland Hepatic Tanager female for your bird, but not positive. We have a female of the lowland form: http://www.birdforum.net/gallery/sho...p?photo=365231 but I did not find (in a quick search) the highland form female in the gallery. Niels
