Don't think Green Imperial can have that colour rump or tail pattern. Asia's a big place with an awful lot of pigeons, any idea where this one's from? Thinking it must be a Ducula or a Ptilonopus, of which there are hundreds

but nothing like that occurs naturaly in HK. Only similar looking things in the whole of China are Green IP (wrong tail and rump) and Mountain IP (pale terminal tail band but wrong upperpart colour)
