Flash Bracket

Can anyine recommend a cheap flash bracket for use with gimbal head and 500mm lens??

You could always build one - I did and it cos about 15 quid.

Hi with much help from johnf3f I built my own and am very pleased with it if an old bird like me can build one any one can. Just follow johnf3f instructions "simples"

Thank you for the advice!! Tried unsuccessfully with B&Q etc but found everything on ebay and saved a bunch! It actually looks good, a miracle for me!!
