Time to start Pentax sub-forum? (1 Viewer)

Nearly half of the threads under the Binoculars:Others subforum are either Pentax threads or a lot of discussion involves Pentax.

Is it time to start a dedicated "Binoculars:pentax" thread?

Come on TIM er sorry Moderator

Canon who for practical purposes don't make binoculars anymore have a slot. Leupold are not a big name have a slot. But Pentax who make their own and don't badge other OEMs, do not.

Throw another vote in for this suggestion. I actually thought much the same thing when I first joined this forum a few years ago. Pentax makes some high quality products. They are also very well received and produce a fairly large product line. It makes sense to include a forum for them.

We've have now created a Pentax bino forum. We take many things into consideration before starting a separate manufacturer forum... and that's a mix of previous threads and posts devoted to that brand.

Although there's a reasonable number of threads on Pentax binos, the actual post count on these isn't particularly high...maybe a dedicated forum will improve this.

regards,
Andy

It's likely that no further discussion is required, in which case we recommend starting a new thread. If however you feel your response is required you can still do so.
