Lizards for ID, Bulgaria (1 Viewer)

I've a couple of species of Lizard that I need help with please.
The first two I think is Wall Lizard that was taken near to Trigrad in the western Rhodope Mountains. The third photo may be Viviparous Lizard and was found in the eastern Rhodope mountains.

I'd agree on the first two, but #3 has a rather big head and a greenish chin. I assume an immature European Green Lizard (Lacerta viridis) is more likely.

Thanks, #3 did have me stumped. An adult male seen earlier on is much easier to id!
