It just had to be Harley Street!
Still, if it cures the (few?) people afflicted, then perhaps it's a good deal?

I cured my wife of a phobia of things flying around her head and also moths in particular. Mind you the first visit to the Farnes she wouldn't leave the chapel after the first tern divebomb! Better second time and almost cured third time.

I knew the cure was complete when she helped me pack up my moth traps in Tromiebridge meadows one July a few years later.

I suspect I may have difficulty claiming my £290 though (as she wasn't actively seeking a cure and didn't see it as a problem) ........
