How I can calculate depth of field with digiscoping system ( camera and scope ), is there any web-side where I can enter values and get depth of field
 
Go to the site www.digibird.com. In the "Primer: digiscoping optical parameters" is a link to a free Excel spreadsheet download that will allow you to calculate DOF as well as many other parameters.
