Rock Partridge sites (1 Viewer)

Hi - Has anyone any recent site info for Rock Partridge, preferably southern
sites as I'm staying in Dubrovnik,in July. Also Orphean & Pygmy Cormorant info
would be much appreciated.
cheers Phil

Pygmy Cormorant can be found on the Hutovo Blato reserve just over the border in Bosnia, sorry but can't help you with the others.

Many thanks John,I've looked on the map and its only about 20k from
Dubrovnik, dont know if you've been but is there any problem driving over the border that you are aware of?

Phil

The border is no problem you just need a litttle patience, went to the reserve last summer and took a boat ride around part of the reserve (can't remember the cost but it was cheap)which took an hour some of the other birds there were Kingfisher, Golden Oriole, Bee-eater, Squacco Heron and Great Reed Warbler. You can also cycle or walk around the reserve. Dubrovnik around dusk has a wonderful display of Alpine Swift around it's streets.
