I travel through northern Croatia at next June. Can you recommend good birding spots - especially from the Krk?
Also it would be great if someone could show me where I find a list of species occurring on the island (birds, reptiles, amphibians, mammals)?

Thank you very much in advance.

Krk and Istria I do not know.
I visited Lonsko Polje. Very nice quite area with lots of woodpeckers und storcks also the Black one.
Semi collared Flycatcher I did not found there, but one Roller.
For landscape and orchids Plitvice is very good.
Other birding spots are Vransko Ezero, Krka natioalpark and of course Paklenica.
Paklenica is excellent for Blue Rock Trush.
