Reports of woodlark in my area (south west of London). Very early in the year, so was wondering if anybody knows of the earliest recorded arrivals in the UK.

As far as I'm aware they're a resident species, although they can be short-distance migrants.

I see. They were singing today in the sunshine. Really felt like Spring.
