I appreciate this may be impossible to identify but any thoughts appreciated. Possibly a Rock Lizard species? Phil

Sorry Rob,

no erythrurus!
Looks like A. busacki - if it was in SW Morocco (from Sous valley down to Tan Tan).
Otherwise A. pardalis (more south).

Thanks Guys. It was near the 100km post NE of Tan Tan on the N1, just after we had enjoyed watching our first Thick-billed and Hoopoe Larks - on our first trip to Morocco. Great exprerience. Phil
