Yellow legged gull? (1 Viewer)

Seen on a seabird pelagic off the Cornish coast on August 27th 2016.
Is it a juvenile yellow legged gull? Pale head and large bill very noticeable amongst gulls coming to chum off the back of the boat.
Many thanks for any ID help
