The nicely visibly barring going down to the tips of the flight feathers and the rather light iris just visible in pic 1 make it a LSE
According to satellite tracked german birds migration in LSE was extremely delayed this year

Thank you for reply, Tom. I don't know when these pictures had been taken, but regarding the late migration of the raptors I received an interesting report from the field. Yesterday or the day before yesterday a friend saw the following birds in migration in Dobrudja county, Romania: a flock of Common Buzzards, two Long-legged Buzzard and a Black Kite. Late indeed.

those are not late, cristian. but a LSE would be late now.
