Falcon ID - USA (1 Viewer)

Feeling this is a Peregrine, but would like confirmation. Shown Harassing a Raven in 4. Mask evident in 6 and 2, but I'm pretty inexperienced with falcons and can't tell from general shape. Size compared to raven would suggest peregrine too I guess. Both peregrine and Merlin equally likely this time of year.

yes, astroshot, it's a peregrine. can't tell age and ssp. from these pics but have a look at the broad wings esp. in pic 2 and its bulky appearance in pic 5 - this is typical peregrine.
 
Yes, Peregrine Falcons- color pattern of the bird can be made out in the last photo while the others show the bulkier proportions compared to Merlin.Reminds one of a gull.
