Hmm. I can't see the wings, which would clinch it, but I'm seeing a Blackbird with a white mark on its throat. It looks quite thick set.

Looks a little too brownish and not scaley = blackbird
BUT
Pale fringes to primaries = R. Ouzel.
I think on balance, it's more blackbird. The pale on the prims isn't strong enough for my liking and the whitish chest appears slightly too high.
Not as straight forward as I would expect.

Should have said that the white is too high too

Can not get an accurate length of the tail, could the white be actual or apparent. I believe I would go with blackbird.
