Identified as a Paddyfield Warbler but the eye does not look pale to me unless immatures have darker eyes?

If it is not a Paddyfield then Blyth's Reed? IOt was taken this week at Rawal Lake, Islamabad

Thanks in advance!

Paddyfield Warbler. I wouldn't by the apparently dark eye given the quality of the image. In any case in 1st-yr birds the iris colour is variable, from greyish-brown to dark brown.
