Hi!

Okay, this could be a challenge. The picture is very bad.
But maybe there are some experts around..

Seen in the beginning of September near Olifants.

Image is poor.... but it reminds me of a Bonelli's Eagle... especially its posture..

Indeed, so probably African Hawk-Eagle?

Yes of course... too far south for a Bonelli's...
