I don't find the the nails that short. What about the strong streaking on the flanks?
Moreover, on Meadows unlike TP, the more or less random streaks on the breast often form a dark spot.

I agree. The strong streaking on the flanks that is shown on the lower photos is at odds with Tree Pipit. I thought that the hind-claw wasn't really shown clearly enough to draw any firm conclusions from but the plumage was Meadow Pipit. The bill doesn't look that strong when closed, although several photos do have it slightly open.

3rd picture down on the left shows both a long claw and heavy flank straking in the same shot. If it's not Meadow, I'm finally quitting.
