Bird friendly architecture (1 Viewer)

Hi all,

A Spanish friend of mine is involved in a bid/campaign to make public buildings in Barcelona more bird (and other wildlife) friendly.

As his English is zilch, he has asked me to investigate.

Does anyone know of good examples in UK (or around the world) of such practices as installing nestboxes, special tiles, etc...? I had read the London Olymipics makes such claims but I can't find anything. I think if we can find some good examples and names of architects it may well help our case.

Many thanks
Nick

Hey, "living roofs" might be a really good way to go! - I know that they can be a bit expensive though. - I didnt mean to rhyme on that - sorry
