Just seen this bird in the garden, for the first time.

Apologies for the image, taken through window when snowing at about 40/50ft away.

Is it a redwing?

We had a single one a few weeks ago, but the usual time for them to come to us is some time in January - they feast on the ivy berries in our tall hedge down one side of the garden.

We had our first turn up on Christmas day!! There were lots of them in the bushes by the side of the garden.

There seem to be alot about this year.
