I took these pictures on September 15th on the banks of Colentina river, nearby Bucharest.
For the second pic my opinion is Lesser Whitethroat.

First one looks like it could be a Thrush Nightingale and I think you may be right about the second one.

The first bird is a Thrush Nightingale, and you are correct with the second - Lesser Whitethroat.
