Yes, last is Red-tailed Hawk, as Bird Bill suggests. Red-shouldered never has a white breast.

Please give location (preferably in thread title) in future when asking ID questions.

Yes, the curved coloration (spotting, streaking, or semi-solid) is typical of a red-tail.

Agree with Red-tail for the last bird... the belly band is a good mark to look for.
