Hi Every one,
I am quite new to all this and so far have been to Bempton, Spurn Head , Freiston etc all sea bird sites, We are off end of August early September in our trusty motorhome, husband is into Castles & history, but I would like the opportunity to see some birds of prey etc.
Any suggestions on the right areas to be heading for, our route is very fluid, going to Carlisle then up and round then coming down via Edinburgh.
Any and all suggestions will be gratefully received.
Thank you

Try the Langholm estate for Hen Harriers in Dumfries and the Red Kite trail along Loch Ken.

Foulshaw Moss for Osprey possible Hobby.Buzzard, and maybe Peregrine Falcon.
Bring a scope and try and get there early morning/late evening to avoid blinding light.
