Leica APO Televid 62 angled stay on case (1 Viewer)

I have found it impossible to find a stay case for a Leica APO 62 Televid. Any case will do that fits and works well. Am willing to adapt. Any information ideas would be much appreciated

Uttings do not have any although their Web page says they do

Found a case from Optics planet USA. Only £27.30 but postage is £41.30 still about the cost of one here but seems crazy to pay that postage perhaps I will be going Stateside and get one then?
