Found this guy today. I thought the first one was a Townsend's Warbler, but they are a bit rare here and I think the second one is an Oriole. Any help?

Yes, it can't be anything else with that dark facial area. I don't think they'd be hugely rare in NM, they are quite common in nearby AZ and CA.

Agree with blue grosbeak for 2nd bird.
