Help please - Moving Elements Catalogue (1 Viewer)

I have my current catalogue in Elements 7 on my 'old' laptop (Windows XP). I've just bought a new laptop (Windows 7) which has come with Elements 8 preloaded.

How do get my catalogue from the old computer/7 and into new computer/8.

Grateful for any advice.
