Looks like it belongs to the (Scandinavian) Rock/ Water Pipit group. Not familiar with what forms normally occur in that part of the world, but I'd be thinking Water, but with some trepidation, largely because I'd like to see a stronger, better defined super. There'll be more experienced hands out there should be able to sort it out for you.
