I saw this bird this morning but it was hopping around too fast to get a clear picture. My son thinks it's a wren and I think he may be right.

From the pictures I would guess a House Wren. (But then I'm usually wrong.)
 
I figured I'd be wrong, I knew the colors were better for Carolina, but thought the beak matched a House Wren better.
