I hope all the natives won't mind the input from an "interloper", but quite a few members have shown an interest in my recent trip to the Farne Islands - especially regading the numbers of birds.

There a little biit out of date, but I've found some numbers here.

Great Black-back Gull 8 pairs

Sandwich Tern 1881 pairs
Roseate Tern 1 pair (+ 3 more prospecting)
Common Tern 91 pairs
Arctic Tern 1301 pairs
Guillemot 38056 pairs
Razorbill 209 pairs
Puffin no full burrow count due to soil fragility (last full count 34710 pairs in 1993)
Rock Pipit 32 pairs
