Where to see puffins (1 Viewer)

Hello everybody,

a friend of mine wants to go to ireland in the first half of september.
He would like to see puffins and asked me if I know a site not too far from Dublin
(he's not a birder and a bit lazy) where they are in september and if they are still breeding at that time (I don't think so).

Thanks for your help

In England it would be very difficult to see puffins in September, except a small chance of few stragglers on a seawatch, and I presume it's the same in Ireland. You'd be lucky to get many even now.
