Simon Barnes on Observing (1 Viewer)

I now hate William Holden.

Mick

Hi Mick,

He lost my sympathy years ago when I read he'd been shooting elephants in Africa and boasting about it.

I really liked what Simon Barnes wrote; it's exactly how I experience my encounters with Woodcocks, a fleeting glimpse, but it makes my day!

Greetings, Ronald

Couldn't agree more.......let's all get a gun and go chase William Holden through the bush ;) How macho is he!!! :storm:

Good article though.....it's the first thing I turn to when I'm at work on Saturday.
