Large wreck of alcids in Scandinavia in September-October:

In the same period, large numbers of Razorbills were seen inshore in the Netherlands, which must be related to food shortages as well.

What a sad state of affairs to know this is going on.

Is this article saying that it is environment issues, or man made problems that are causing these deaths here

Its likely to be a combination of global warming and overfishing.

Its part of a long term trend - in this case Kittiwake.
