I have some pictures, all taken against the sun. Only the silhouette is visible, and a few features. There is 7 LSE, before 4 days in this spot. Tuday i saw one LSE, booted eagle, and 2 long-legged buzzards, red-footed falcon. They flying with a lot of white storks. I am not sure about this bird. The bill look strong and the seventh finger look long.

The seventh primary does look longish but I'm not sure it's possible to say more than spotted eagle sp without better images.
