Yes, Warbling Vireo for me too.
On another note, I am originally from Niagara Falls, NY, cant wait to go back and eat some DiCamillos bread and gnocchi from the Como.

Warbling Vireo - plain with just a hint of pattern around the eyes. Blue-headed would be have much stronger spectacle pattern around the eyes, and bright wing bars and edges. Red-eyed would have eyelines extending farther back on the head. Philadelphia would be yellower underneath.

Warbling. They certainly can have that blue-headed look when turned, but the fact that the "Spectacles" are not complete eye-rings (instead you've got the dark supercilium with the white edge on both sides) rules them out.
