Close in Humpback sightings (Honolulu, Hawaii) (1 Viewer)

Was out paddling yesterday from Ala Wai small boat harbor to Diamond Head buoy, to Honolulu Harbor buoy, and back. Decided to take a minute breather 10 minutes around DH buoy. Took a glance seaward and 55-60yd directly to port, was the back and dorsal fin of an adult Humpback moving in the opposite direction.

At that point with an inner glow and a smile on my face I continued on my course to Honolulu Harbor buoy, and I'm assuming the Humpback did so as well.
