Need help Identifying a bird (1 Viewer)

The past two days I seen a bird at my feeder that has ne a little baffled.

I looks like a small White-breasted Nuthatch except the belly is a deep red, all the way up to the throat.

I haven't been able to find anything that looks like it anywhere. I use the Smithsonian Field Guide to the Birds of North America and have searched online.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to take any photos as it doesn't remain at the feeder long enough, it grabs a sunflower seed and speeds off.

Any help, thoughts or comments will be greatly appreciated.
