Sharp-Shinned or Cooper's Hawk? (1 Viewer)

Sorry about the bad picture quality, but that's what happens on a cloudy day after sunset. :C
I'm about 95% sure that this is a Sharp-Shinned. Just need verification if possible. Thanks.

I would venture a guess that it is a Sharp-shined Hawk. Both of my bird books show the Sharp-shined Hawk with light bands across the tail and the Cooper's Hawk with darker bands across the tail. Your first photo shows light bands on the hawk's tail.

I would have to agree. Also the streaking on the chest. The Sharp-shinned is coarse brown streaks, while for the Cooper's it's more thin and darker. It looks very brown to me in the first pic.
