Baltimore MD - Ruddy Duck? (1 Viewer)

I am leaning towards Rudy Duck Female. But not sure.

I saw these 2 in a pond with 12 Hooded Merganzers and they looked smaller.

The colors are askew because i am a bad photographer and these are highly cropped.
