The Sonoma Ecology Center, a non-profit organization, is offereing its first of its kind Birding Basics class with local birder and artist, Amanda Krauss. The class is two and a half hours and will review how to use your binoculars, field guide and checklist. It will also cover common terms used to identify birds and review 20 common birds in California. After the indoor section we will practice by taking a walk through the Sonoma Garden Park and begin spotting and identifying the birds in the park.

The class will be held at the Sonoma Garden Park in Sonoma, California on Tuesday, April 18th, 9am to 11:30 am. Reservations are required to attend. Please Private Message me for more details today. The cost of the class is $20.
